Unopened Returns — Full Refund

Changed your mind? No hard feelings. If your order is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund back to your original payment method. Simple as that.

Opened Products — Exchange or Store Credit

We totally get it — sometimes it's just not the one. If you've opened your order and it's not quite what you were hoping for, reach out within 30 days and we'll sort you out with either:

• A different product sent to you at no extra cost, or
• A store credit to put towards something you'll love even more

Because our products are personal wellness items that have been used, we're unable to offer a cash refund on opened orders — but we promise we'll make it right. Your satisfaction matters to us.
